A:Yes. All LED bulbs are mercury free.

A:Life hours is 15000 hours.We have had ours for almost two years now and still good.
Q:Will this work in garage during winter months?
A:Yes, LED likes cold. Extreme heats they don’t like because they are electronic.
Q:Is there a buzz or any other sound with these?
A:Nope no buzz/sound when bulb is on. Bulb has no wait time to warm up either.
Q:Are these bulbs hot to the touch when turned on?
A:Not at all – no comparison to an incandescent bulb.

A:Yes.They are standard shaped bulbs, (A21), with a medium, E26 base, (screw diameter and threads). They are made to fit just like a standard incandescent bulb.

A:Yes.They are instant on and are not affected by cold.

Very Bright Bulbs! These are wonderfully bright bulbs! I used them in my attic to replace the existing 100 watt incandescent bulbs. There are the equivalent of 150 watt bulbs and give so much more light for far less energy consumption. Now I can see where I am going and I don’t have to worry about missing a rafter and putting my foot through the sheet rock! I chose the soft white to make it easier on my eyes and they give off a very nicely color balanced glow. Well worth the money, I am rating these 5-stars…
Nice bulbs but had a problem with one of them We put one in the garage over my husbands work bench. Gives plenty of light, we replaced one of the tube shop light fixures with this bulb screwed into the garages original wall light fixture. The other bulb we put into a backyard porch light so we could see more of the backyard before we let the dogs out at night since we have coyote issues in our neighorhood. We’ve have them up for about two weeks now and so far so good! Will update at a later time as to longevity and quality, as for now they…
