3 Second Delay when switching on The transformer (power supply) has a round form factor, which makes it easier to install in the ceiling box than rectangular shaped transformers. works great for LED ligts I was replacing two larger transformers for sets of 12V lights. The old transformers clunked when they turned on and sometimes chattered. Also, I replaced the lights with LEDs and they began to flicker. The new transformers works great! No noise or heat build-up on the transformer and the LEDs are now steady.
