Excellent customer service, and the product is good too! A few months ago, we installed LED under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen, the kit came with a 12v/1amp power adapter… and everything worked as it should. Then a few nights ago, the LED’s started to strobe on and off… and the adapter was VERY hot to the touch.
