Excellent Customer Service The product itself is great (as you can see from the other reviews), however, of the 9 orders I purchased, 2 of them had the correct female orange connector while the rest had a male connector. Since the connection from the light fixtures are male, obviously this meant that the rest of my leds could not be installed that day. I contacted hyperikon customer service and they messaged me back within the hour explaining that the new stock and the new models have the correct fitting while the older…
Annoying Buzzing/Humming! I believed the 5 star reviews and the reviews about the light not humming/buzzing when used with the dimmers. The light is bright and is good but there is a significant level of humming noise that will annoy anyone if used in a bedroom, living room, etc., I tried it with the Lutron MACL-153M-WH Maestro 150-Watt Multi-Location CFL/LED Digital Dimmer and also Legrand LED dimmer, the buzzing is still there.I will be returning the bulbs as its no good when you have an annoying buzzing when switched…
