Excellent Customer Service The product itself is great (as you can see from the other reviews), however, of the 9 orders I purchased, 2 of them had the correct female orange connector while the rest had a male connector. Non-dimable lamps If you wish to use without a dimmer, they work quite well. But these lamps make a noticeable hum at any level and are louder as the light level increases. I’m returning all (11) lamps I purchased after a month of trying different “approved” dimmers now that Hyperikon stated that the hum is normal when used on a dimmer and “may or may not go away over time”.
