Best LED replacement for Halogen bulbs — UPDATED March13/March24/May4/May28 I had to buy a lot of LED bulbs to replace all the halogen spotlights in my house — altogether 132 pieces! I found these to be the cheapest around $9 per bulb compared with paying nearly $20 for a comparable brand from a store. The 2700k color is brilliant if you want real warm lighting. Good bulb, but too long (deep) for some applications
Great bulbs if you need a spot light far away from radio-controlled devices First of all I want to say these bulbs are everything they say they are. The color is warm and the bulbs are very bright. However, within 2 weeks we had to replace them or move to the back of the house. The 2 issues with these led units are the light beam spread is very narrow (they create a 1′ pool of light from a 30″ height) and worse, they create so much radio frequency noise that we could not open the garage door when they were on. I would have to call my wife to turn off the pendant…
