I didn’t realize they were PINK! I have to admit, I didn’t realize these emitted PINK light. It’s fairly aggressive…I was building a little plant shelf in our living room and figured LEDs were the perfect solution; these in particular looked promising.I should have read over the reviews in more detail and looked for comments on the color. I don’t know why i just assumed they were white LEDs.Regardless, these are a steal for the price…I rigged everything up in only a few minutes and my plants…
Dead Cable and Inadequate Blue Light Spectrum (460 nm to make stalky strong plants) The package came with a dead cable. Luckily, there was another one to use! However, I feel overall disappointed in the quality for $50. Definitely not worth that much. I’d maybe pay half having tried them. There isn’t enough blue light for veg, making it the worst light for vegetative stage, or any kind of nursery basically. My plants still develop stretchy stalks with all 6 lights plus 2 sunblasters less than a foot above the growing tips. Very disappointing. I might use them for interlighting…
Very nice set of grow lights Installed 12 of these lights in a little pop-up greenhouse. They seem reasonably well made for their modest price and include all the wires, clips and screws you’ll need for most installations. I was able to use the chrome clips (normally used to screw to a shelf/wall) to clip the fixtures directly to the thin wire racks in the greenhouse. It made a tidy setup.We like that each fixture has a power switch, so we can easily turn off the light on vacant shelves.Still…
