Perfect I was looking for a candelabra base bulb that would fit inside my Tiffany Cardinal Lamp and make it brighter. I was using a 7 watt incandescent bulb, your typical nightlight bulb. This bulb is actually slightly smaller in stature so it easily fit my lamp. Plus it is tremendously brighter being 250 lumens vs. the 50 lumens of my old nightlight bulb. Cool, bright and sturdy. I use these bulbs in both my Kenmore and my Featherweight sewing machines. It is a little brighter in my Kenmore than the old bulb, but where it really helps is in the Featherweight. Featherweight bulbs are protected from shining in your eyes, but not very well protected from accidentally touching them from the underside. I almost burned myself several times on the old bulb but never with this one, as it is barely warm. It is brighter and more “full spectrum” than the old bulb as well…
