I have great respect for the manufacturer who was very upfront this is copper clad aluminum and gauge of both wire and strands are a bit less than AWG standard, and the product is exactly as described. However, never having worked with copper clad aluminum before I didn’t appreciate all the implications.Pros: Wires are _extremely_ flexible, and thick plastic insulation provides plenty of abrasion protection.Cons: Strands are so thin and weak it’s impossible to expose them…
