Safe for ONLY 12 Volts – Won’t Last Long in a Car or CB/Ham Radio Got really dim and burned out after about 3 months of use in my CB radio. The resistor is already in-line so they will work just fine, but if you’re planning on using this in your car, I would see about getting some rated for 14 volts or higher. My CB radio power supply puts out 13.9-14.0 volts, and I put one of these in the meter for my radio. Works great with cosplay lighting
4 out of 10 failed within 48 hours I ordered the 10 pack, and installed 6 in a project I was working on. Of the 6 I installed, 4 started to blink intermittently within the first 30 minutes and within 48 hours all 4 intermittent Led’s failed. I contacted the company (fullfiled by Amazon) and waited 4 days without a response. Very disappointed in all the work I did installing these and having to disassemble the project to replace the defective Led’s. 4 days latter one of the replacements has started to blink intermittently…
