147′ worked great, unfortunately the 3′ that didn’t was right in the middle. One 3′ section, right at about the 90′ mark, fried it’s little capacitor/circuit inside the tubing so one section didn’t work. I was able to cut that section out and splice it to the next working section, but I am concerned that the splice connector is going to separate over time as it’s a pretty cheap plastic coupling. Exactly what I wanted… almost… for a little while We have this light rope around the ceiling perimeter of our living room and dining room. It replaced an older set of rope light segments that had to be connected so the junctions were not well lit. In the 100-foot length there are 2 lights that don’t work but it wasn’t worth taking it back down and returning.
