Out of the box, it strobes from about 1Hz to (maybe) 10Hz, not fast enough for the strobe effect you’re after. Moving the white wire (requires soldering skill!) from the K2 terminal to the other side of the 180k resistor will change the rate to be from 1Hz to, well, faster than your eyes can see (or just pry off the resistor and make a solder bridge there). With this modification, it is possible to get a decent strobe effect. Don’t know what this does to battery life, and I wouldn’t suggest…
