Nice and Bright
Very, very bright, many times brighter than stock light. Very, very bright, many times brighter than the stock light. Itâs exactly what we wanted to light up the front âporch areaâ under the awning. Itâs fairly easy to switch out the old fixture.The two things keeping me from rating it a 5 star are the fact that only 2 of the 4 holes line-up with the original fixture holes. Itâs easy enough to drill two small pilot holes for the ones that donât match up. The other negative is that it does not come with a rubber gasket to make it water tight. I…
Great Replacement Fixture Almost a perfect match to the old fixture, and works like a charm. Nice and bright – at least as bright as the old one, and probably more. And, I expect a lot less maintenance. We had to replace the bulb in the old fixture every couple of years. The mounting was very easy, although the screw holes didn’t match the old fixture. That was expected, so no big deal. It was pretty simple to drill new ones, although you might have to figure out how to work around one of the old holes, depending…
