Product Features
- Work great with Arduino, FastLED library, Adafruit NeoPixel Library and Raspberry Pi. It is easy to program.
- 256 brightness display and full 24-bit color display. Each LED can have its own color and brightness. You can control each LED individually and set it to any color or animation you want.
- Come with 3-pin JST-SM connectors on both ends and separate GND/12V+ wires. You can hook up the pixel strings one by one without soldering and add power supply if needed.
- IP68 waterproof. Weatherproof silicone wraps every LED pixel, protects it very well and makes it easy to clean. You can put them outdoor, even underwater.
- Each pixel can be cut off without damaging the rest pixels. So you can shorten or extend the distance between two pixels if you want.

Great lights so far. Sparse documentation. This review is for the ALITOVE WS2811 12mm Diffused Digital RGB LED 50 LED set. I bought these with the idea that I’d use them for Christmas lights or just to play with. I plan to drive them with an Arduino or ESP8266 device. Great lights at a reasonable price Works great! I’m controlling these with a FadeCandy connected to a Raspberry Pi.Red is power, blue is ground, and white is data. The only tricky thing is to make sure you’re sending the data on the correct end of the string. You should connect the data to the female JST SM connector (see photo).
