Good quality and omni-directional light This is by far the best of the light ropes I have bought so far – and I’ve bought many. I use these to backlight crown moldings that I install 2″ below the ceiling. There are 2 main reasons why I prefer these over the others:- these are smaller in diameter and much easier to get straight down on to the molding so they are not visible- the lights shine omni-directional, which is a big deal if you want even illumination.
