Great light; poor/ rough shipping, Great customer service to match the product Great light, as advertised. A common issue when I researched the reviews prior to buying this item was broken lens coveres; sure enough 2 out of the 4 had broken covers. Not sure who to ask for replacement but there could not si=urvive another shipping, will try to fix at home. I would love to update the review. Easy to install. Bright clean light. These fixtures are a breeze to install. The knock-outs actually do knock out, the fixture is lightweight, the wrap lens comes off without cracking, and the light is clean and bright, not too blue. I had set aside 8 hours for my guys to take down old incandescent ceiling lights and install these wrap fixtures in the church baths, classrooms, and kitchen. Check operation before permanently mounting and wiring. Overall the lights themselves were as described and the ones that are working are very bright. Unfortunately one of the 8 fixtures that came with the order did not work right out of the box. I would have rated these a four star but my attempt to get just one fixture replaced by amazon has resulted in a lot of my time and a less than perfect outcome. Amazon was not able to replace a single light and would only give me partial credit that did not cover the price of a single replacement fixture…
