How to Make Sure the Device’s Working Status?
Shortly press the power button to check the working status of the battery:
1. Red Light Blink Once per Second: The device need to be charged.
2. Red Light Blink Twice per Second: The power can support the light normally.
3. Red Light Blink Third Time per Second: Full charged.
How Many Flash Pattern?
2 Kind of Flashing Mode—Single Flash, Double Flash:
Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off the strobe light.
After turn on the device, the light flash once a time, then press the button twice, the light will flash twice a time.
How do I know whether the strobe light is being charging?
Charging: You could see the red light flashing quickly;

These are NOT FAA complaint, and are NOT strobes or Bright by any means. Waste of money I’m not sure how these have any good reviews as strobes my guess is they are planted.
