Keeps Unwanted Animals Away From Your Car
Rats, mice, squirrels, martens, chipmunks and other destructive rodents often shelter under the hood of vehicles and damage wiring harnesses, cables and other expensive parts. Loraffe Battery Operated Under Hood Animal Repeller emits ultrasonic waves to cause their intense auditory stress and flashing lights to target their eyesight, creating a hostile environment under the bonnet for animals or pests to live, and force them to move on and escape from your car.
How It Works
Loraffe Ultrasonic Rodent Repellent works in cycles. During each cycle, ultrasonic waves and LED Flashlights will be emitted alternatively or simultaneously. The sound frequency will constantly change so that animals and pests don’t get used to the same sound being produced. The ultrasonic frequencies are higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing and are silent to human ear. It is recommended to apply 2 or more Ultrasonic Rodent Repellents under the hood to alternate the operation cycles and overlap the coverage area if rodent infestation is severe.
It Is Safe To Your Automobile
This wireless ultrasonic rodent repellent operates on 3 “AA” alkaline batteries. It does not connect to the vehicle’s electrical system or affect the functionalities of any parts in your vehicle.

Low Power Alarm
The repellent will beep twice every 5 seconds to remind you that the batteries should be replaced when battery voltage drops below 3.3 volts

I can’t be sure, but it might work. Honestly, it is hard to say at this point if it works or not. Time Will Tell If It Works I bought this after a mouse (or maybe a packrat) ate up the padding underneath the hood of my car. I had to take my car into service and have corn removed from behind the glovebox. Thankfully no wires were chewed but I didn’t want whatever it was coming back.
