Do to less current draw they light up the driveway much better. Great purchase
Very nicely built light. It is not polarity sensitive in my testing can insert either way on 12V DC in my application in an RV. The light output is about equivalent to my 10W halogen bulbs. On my test bench these are drawing 125mA at 12.0V so they are a 1.5W bulb that replaces a 10W halogen, nice power savings if you are needing that and I do in the RV. The color temperature seems about accurate I would guesstimate it at about 3600K which I find pleasing. The design is really neat to me…
