Too yellow for shop work Good light for the right application. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Problem was, I did not do adequate research. I ordered 6 of these to replace old fluorescents for a workshop/garage area. Although they are 4,000 lumens, which should have been bright enough to replace my fluorescents, they seemed dull and not bright. DOA, but…. This appears to be a good light that will work well as a replacement for the Circline fixture we now have on our kitchen ceiling. Unfortunately, it arrived DOA so I gave it two stars.In a way it’s fortunate this is a common problem that has been reported by others. Because I read those reviews, I rigged up a line cord and tested it before installing and sure enough, it didn’t work.
