The 2700k color is pretty true to its rating, 3000k provides a more natural looking light. The 2700k color is pretty true to its rating.. quite yellow akin to standard incandescent bulbs. Brightness is about on par with a 60W bulb, maybe a little less. If you are looking for a more natural light color, I’d try the 3000k bulbs.Functionally these bulbs are great. Instant on, the size is small enough to fit my ceiling fan fixture, light disbursement seems good, and no buzzing. I have yet to try dimming these, but based on what I’ve seen I’m confident they’ll work…
Great bulb! For whatever reason, this one particular socket in our house was wired with a GU24 base, and when the CFL that was in there finally gave out, figured that I didn’t want to do a replacement any time soon, nor risk a fire with a GU24–>Normal Screw Bulb adapter. With that comes what was a highly rated LED bulb with a GU24 base.
