Holiday Happiness My husband loves these lights…they measure 16 feet as advertised…plug the lights into the power pack and they start rotating color on their own and use of the remote gets the lights to act like you want…my husband had no problems figuring out the remote…it did come with instructions but, he is a man and did not use them…they are clear and understandable…these lights are low profile much better than the big heavy ropes and the colors seem bolder too…really good quality for a light…
