nice warm glow. Nice warm glow, but not a bright 60 watt; more like 40-50 watt. The previous 60 watt equivalent CFLs were brighter. Put them in the bathroom, with blue walls, and the added warmth was fabulous. Seems more like 2500K than a 2700K bulb, which I actually really like better.
