Run very cool, light output is same as incandescent. I was very skeptical of LED brightness and the ability to ‘project’ light, but after buying these and some other LED for our travel trailer, I’d recommend these to everyone. I tested these side by side against the incandescent bulbs and there’s only a slight difference ( I mean extremely slight )Just the fact that the enclosed light fixture doesn’t even get warm is huge.
