Mars who?! There is a new entry level light running the show! Wow, had been looking for an inexpensive entry level light, so naturally the Mars Hydros, mostly because O already have a Mars Hydro 300. It never impressed me with its low output and very poor light footprint. However after watching a video on YouTube where the Bloomspect 300 was put up against the Mars Hydro 300, and the Bloomspect blew it out of the water putting down more than twice the photons!!! Great quality for low $$ I’ve bought three and i am going to purchase two more. Im buying another one . I just unboxed the 600w and hooked it up next to my LEC and its amazing. For this Price you can’t get this quality. I have no idea this had the bridgelux chips!! Daisy chain with veg and bloom switches.Optics are incredible and the picture does this unit no justice at all. This is my 3rd LED and by far the best yet for around 100 bucks. Overall I really like it. I am pleased with this LED lamp. It is definitely brighter than the two $60 “300W” LED lamps I was using combined. It does have a switch for veg which is a light blue hue, and a switch for bloom which is very pink. Combined they may make a super bright and more natural light. I’m using both to bloom, but haven’t tested the veg only option yet. I will update this as I see fit.EDIT: Finished a Veg cycle and the plants responded very well to the blue only.
