This solar LED road stud is naturally charged by the sun. As soon as it starts getting dark the LED lights in the stud come on automatically each night and remain illuminated for up to 24 hours. awesome! The lights are very bright and well constructed I use these on my driveway which gets partial sun and sub-freezing temperatures. Rain water runoff also flows to the edge of the driveway where these are installed providing more than typical exposure to moisture. Several lights did not have the “OFF” Magnet taped to the rear. This magnet allows the light to be held in the “OFF” position in order to sufficiently obtain the light’s first intial charge. Failure to obtain a “FULL and COMPLETE” charge with the typt of battery for this light that can lead to early battery failure. This Light’s battery is sealed and cannot be replaced if necessary.If you receive a Light without this magnet taped tp the rear I’d recommend…
