Great Innovation These things are great. I replaced all the halogen bulbs in my RV with these. The halogens would get so hot they would heat the glass up enough that it would melt the plastic bezel and nearly fall out. These only get slightly warm. I did a comparison were half halogen and half these and the color is identical and they are slightly brighter. We are about to RV full time and these will reduce load on the batteries significantly when off-grid. My only complaint is the capacitor should be located…
Just received and installed these, replacing the hot power hungry halogen bulbs in my range hood. They are certainly much brighter, as they should be. I was previously using 10 W halogen bulbs and purchased 40w equivalent 4 watt led replacements.The disks were a little large for the fixture, but still worked fine. I had wanted to go to 50W equivalents, but they would not likely have fit.The 4000K is definitely whiter than the halogen, perhaps too white, however, it…
