Works just like a House current light, but uses safer 12 volt power! Rewired the plugs on some lamps I had and connected them to a 12V battery and it lit up the entire room as if I had a 110 volt 40-60 watt bulb in the lamp! Pleasantly supersized! I read a book using only this bulb/lamp and I did not see any difference in it and the regular house current bulb lighting. If you use this in your house or any where there is 110-120 volt power, be certain you change the power cord plug to a 12volt car power plug and of course you need to have a 12 volt car…
SEEM TO BE GOOD BULBS, BEST PRICE, SIMULTATED DAYLIGHT, EQUAL TO 40-WATT. These 6000K lights have the exact color temp I wanted, slightest blue, sunny daylight simulation. They light the area evenly and they stay cool during use (well, a very slight warmth around the base where the controller resides).I was looking for a replacement for some 12-vdc 60 watt bulbs in my boat. These are definitely equal to 40 watt bulbs so I am back to looking for a 6000K 60 watt replacement. I have 6000K 60 watt bulbs in my shop but they are 120 volt so the search goes…
Great lights!
