Great Idea, Poor Execution I think that these are a good “value” for the price per unit, and what they can do as far as flexibility for installation ie. wall mount (one sided), ceiling mount (two sided), and the emergency lighting. However, these only have one led strip along the lower part of the sign (or upper depending on install). This does not illuminate the sign very well, and they tend to look broken since only the top or bottom half of the sign is well lit. The leds are also already tinted red instead…

Bright lights / great for a small space I purchased this for my 3,200 square foot machine shop. The LED lights are very sufficient for lighting up the space when the power goes out (much better than the old standard bulb sign which I replaced). Simple to install…just note that you need to plug in the battery as it is shipped without the battery plugged in (the emergency lights only work if the battery is plugged in).
