Trips easily I also bought the smaller version of this surge-protector which is rated at only 1800 Joules, so I got this one because I figured it would be the same with just a higher Joule rating. Well, Iâm kind of disappointed in this one. Unlike its smaller sibling, this one isnât rated by UL or ETL, there are no markings or ratings of any kind on the body of the strip itself.
