Crazy bright for underhood use! Super legit, light weight, very bright, came with adhesive on the back. Wires are very small. Probably about the smallest they can get away with. Thin speaker wires seem positively beefy by comparison! Once you hook them up they are stupid bright. I wouldn’t recommend these for use on the exterior of an on-road vehicle. Great product, needs current limiting for vehicle applications Used one to retrofit the high center brake light on my 96 Pathfinder (fit perfectly inside the lens housing), replaced 5 crappy bulbs and I’ll never need to touch it again.Then I ran some as DTRLs – they look great but don’t last, turns out there is no current limiting resistor on these PCBs so they can be expected to overheat and fail (vehicle charging systems can go to 13.8v or even higher).
