Bright Blue, never fails. use them for my dorm room. GREAT color — deep neon blue, people can see my room from outside my building from more than a block away! totally sets a cool mood. Highliter on paper pops off the page when they lights are on, almost like a blacklight. The efficiency is fantastic, been using them all school year and they haven’t even dimmed; that’s counting probably 20 nights of me falling asleep with these lights still ON (NOT recommended). No electric humming, and the color totally demands…
