FMS V9 LED car headlights are equipped with Lumileds-ZES chips, light beam bright & no stray glare. In the principle of heat，we cancel the most common cooling fans on the market, that is because water and dust easily enter the fan and cause the LED light to burn out. Beside, dust cover can be omitted.

Plug and play in a ’96 Civic I am a new owner, so this review may be updated as time progresses.The H4/9003/HB2 bulbs are performing well so far. The beam pattern is good without any adjustment in my 1996 Honda Civic EX Coupe. They are plenty bright. The low beam shield on these prevents glare from bothering oncoming traffic.I’m not sure if the bulbs support simultaneous high/low beam operation. In my car only the low beams or high beams are active, not both “elements” or LED banks at…
Seems to be good quality build but doesn’t fit 2017 Highlander due to big heat sink.
