They look really nice and they provide a nice bright LED light I purchased 6 of these to match a white deck. They look really nice and they provide a nice bright LED light. However, I got these in the summer to use on a deck in WA state. During the summer, it got dark at 9pm and the lights gathered enough solar energy to last 2-3 hours, so they would turn off around midnight. Right now, it’s December and it gets dark at 4:18pm. With cloudy forecast, the post caps get about 1-2 hours and go out by 6PM!! So they’re decorative, but pretty useless as deck…
Love them so far! These arrived yesterday, only took 5 days to ship. Love how they look, super easy to install with an electric drill and they give a lot more light than our last ones. I’m on my way to buy MORE! Each light comes with 2 screws but there are 6 screw holes (4 on top, 2 on side), so I suggest getting more if you want them more secure. The 2 on the side seem to work for now but is a TAD wobbly, could be because our posts are 5 1/2″ Ã 5 1/2″ and the connector we used was 6×6 (also comes with…
