like the light but not install I have installed four 24″ and one 18″ lights and really like the performance of the lights. As to whether they last the advertised 50,000 hr remains to be seen. If the lights were on continuously, the 50,000 hr translates to 5.7 years. If they were on 1/3 of the time, then they should last 17.1 years. I have installed dozens of under cabinet lights and have never encountered one like this. Once the light was installed I wish I could rate this light in two ways. One star for installation. More Light than I needed Installed this to replace a fluorescent fixture above my washer and dryer. I had a 24 inch fluorescent replaced with 18 inch led. It worked great, I would give this 5 stars except for two design problems.1.
