Which wire is the line wire and which the neutral?
There are 2 wires one this led 12V light, Brown=positive pole, Blue=negative pole.

Can I use the light on the solar system?
Yse. But you would need a solar panel, charge controller and battery to install it.

If I need to hook up to a power supply, just add a male 3 prong plug connector?
This is a led 12V 24V black light, if you want to use it to 110V AC voltage(home voltage), a 12V transformer needed.
