What is COB and Why using COB
COB (Chips on Board), is a new technology of LED packaging for LED light engine. Multi LED chips are packaged together as one lighting module. As normal LED lightsource such as SMD, High Power LED etc. is super bright in a small size, it usually causes uncomfortable glare and zebra strips comparing to traditional lighting like fluorescent lamp. However, COB LED is multi chips packaged, it can 10 times more increase lighting area, so it avoid uncomfortable glare by the maximum extent.

Give these bulbs a try and see how they work for you These are very nice looking bulbs and the light was extremely bright and pleasant when they were on. I had two of them on one circuit using a Lutron Maestro led dimmer. At first both lights cycled on and off about every 5 minutes. I had written the technical support team inquiring as to the compatibility of their bulb and the Lutron dimmer and also told them about the way the lights cycled. It was like an incandescent bulb that overheats and turns itself off until it cools and then back on…
They will make your living room POP!
