VERY pleased with these bulbs – been waiting a looooong time for these … I am soooo happy with these bulbs! I’ve been waiting for over a year for a 100 W. equiv. LED bulb to be released in a TRUE A-19 format. Make sure you find out the precise measurements of the bulb if you are considering other brands – many labeled as A-19 size are NOT. I have an open top 3-light fixture in kitchen eating area that requires the smaller bulb size with NO room for error (has large glass half-dome bottom that these fit into). What a difference 3/8″ makes I purchased these LED bulbs as a replacement for size A-19 100 watt incandescent bulbs in wall sconces. The A-19 incandescent bulbs were hidden below the top of the sconce. These LED’s are taller than the incandescent bulbs so they are clearly visible above the top of the sconces. An A-19 incandescent bulb is 4.28″ in height. These LED’s are 4.64″. Just a bit over 3/8″ taller, but that makes a difference in appearance.I did keep the bulbs as I have not been able to find…
