My search for led replacements for my 1141’s is over. The search is over! These put off a warm yellowish light that is at least as bright as the originals in my RV. Others I’ve tried (and returned) gave off a cold, sinister, creepy, gray sort of light or had only 15 leds so were too dim to read by. These are not quite as pink as the old ones but are perfectly adequate and I don’t look like a zombie ax murderer in the bathroom. Problem turning to lock in place For whatever reason, these LEDs could not be turned in the socket, thus they would not stay in the socket by themselves. The 2 pins appear to be the same size and placement as those on the old 1156 lamps, but they don’t turn. Maybe the flange around the top of the metal base prevents them from being inserted far enough to be able to turn.The solder contact on the end of the base was filed to allow the LED lamp to be inserted further, but it still would not turn.I have…
