Good light output. Few design quirks. I’ll start by saying the light output is every bit as a good as fanless LED bulbs in the $35-50 range. Good light color; proper spill pattern; not much spotlighting. This is just much cheaper.The bad is the bulb is a universal design that fits many different sockets and uses an adapter to fit whatever headlight socket you have. A little homework required Absolutely GORGEOUS lighting. Obviously LEDs are LEDs, but something about these make my current car go POP (in a good way).Unfortunately I can not currently get them to stay on when the engine is running. They immediately turn off, as if a security feature in the cars computer is blocking its usage. This might be CANBUS related? 2012 Mercedes GL350. LED replacement for H7 halogen hi beam. Had to buy adaptors for the large round housing on LED bulb that must be removed to install. Nightmarish installation but ultimately found a solution, only to discover that the illumination isn’t noticably better than the 55W OEM bulbs.
