Does Not Work For Mitsubishi Outlander SE 2015 (yet but get me a better adapter base and I might have another review to make) The bulb does not fit in the socket with the current adapter base. It just does not work for my car. I bet there are a few things we could do to modify my car or more practical yet a better adapter for the bulb, but I am suspecting there may be electronic issues once we forced it to fit, but I won’t know unless I find a way to make this work. Meanwhile I am going to the local auto store to get a plain old halogen replacement for now (instead bought a $10 one here on Prime LOL, can’t be worse…
Looking good on my 2001 Boxster S! I installed these in my Saab 9-3, replacing a 55W HID system. These LED lamps are far brighter than the HIDs and easier to align and focus properly. The LED driver pigtail is easier to install than an HID ballast thanks to the compact size. The lights work without strobing while the car is running (BCM set to halogen so strobing is a problem with some HID ballasts without adding capacities and resistors or a campus adapter). I have a 2001 Boxster S project car that I like bolting all sorts of parts to, upgrading, etc. I originally bought a cheap HID kit and when I realized what a pain it is getting the wires through a sealed headlight cover I started looking at different options.
