Went in easy, provide a lot of light. The design of the attachment system on Honeywell 44419 is horrible. (1) The metal clips are too tight to easily insert the light strips. It is too easy to damage the light strips when struggling to insert them into the holding clips. The strips cannot just be pushed into the clips, they have to be pried in. (2) The tiny screws used to fasten the holding clips to the underside of a cabinet are next to impossible to work with. They are way too small to install without dropping and losing…
A nice, warm, natural light. Perfect soft glow.
I chose to use this as an up light and LOVE it!!! I really like the subtle, warm glow they put off. It is hard to show with pictures but it’s moderately soft (strips themselves have a slight frosted casing to help soften the lights). Not overpowering but not dim. I would guess 3500K in color, which is very natural light yellow and has no white or blue in color.The lights themselves are very well constructed. They can snap directly together or with any combination of the 4 included…
