I purchased this lamp for an experiment for an aquarium system for plants, it is advertised as for fresh water plant use. This lamp is very blue and is not what I believe the information advertised It is very bright but extremely focused, when lifted above the tank the amount of light that goes into the tank is severely diminished. Might be good for a marine tank in groups of 3 or 4 but for ‘Plants’ I do not feel this is a lamp you would choose. I will keep it because I may use it for an…
