Blue LED Grow Light I’ve had one of the red LED grow lights for a couple of years and always thought it worked fine until I got a blue one. Trust the plants, They love it! You WILL see results in Veg stage. First off let me say these lights don’t appear bright in some ways but…..They are VERY POWERFUL for 15 watts! I have tested them and they will wilt your cuttings if the light is too close. The light is very adequate for growing anything up to 24″ tall also. Any taller and you will need a more powerful light. Great for succulent propagation!! I bought this for propagating succulent leaves/cuttings in a basement window. It was easy to install and arrived with no damage. I have it suspended about 10″ above the seedlings, and they are growing like crazy! I had 100% of the leaves root and grow new ‘babies’. (See photos).At a 10″ distance, the light doesn’t seem to shine much past the 12×12 frame, so don’t expect to cover a huge area with this. But the succulents seem to love it!I haven’t had any issues with it…
