I believe this is overstock from the discontinued model at Home Depot.. They have a new model but this one works just as well and it’s a fraction of the 30 they charge at HD. BUY THIS FOR TEN BUCKS YOU CANNOT GO WRONG. I doubt this stays this cheap for long or maybe it’s even a mistake. There is a couple minutes setup required to screw the pivoting base onto the unit but it’s no big deal. The light is bright (I’d say 1.5x equivalent of standard 100W bulb), the light can be rotated and fixed…
