I like them Great price for easy to install and seemingly good quality lights, each with own switch and 2 prong 120v plug. It’s brighter, generates almost no heat, consumes very little power, and will never burn out (at least not by the old definition). I play electric guitar, and fluorescent lights are a source of noise, so that’s another big plus. The top side of the “tubes” have their own reflector/deflector/whatever, so there’s no need for bulky topside sheetmetal. The entire assembly is very light, and the “tubes” aren’t made of glass, so…
Lights showed up double boxed and in perfect condition. I ordered 4 of the 5k to replace 8 old and failing florescent T8 fixtures. My garage is 17ftx30ft with 8ft high rafters.
