Beautiful commercial grade set First, my setup: I have a fully covered (but not enclosed) 24â x 24â outdoor porch with an electrical outlet roughly 8â high on a brick wall. Durable, High-quality – May Need a Dimmer These lights are exactly what you want. Durable, high-quality, nice bulbs. The only issue is that they are very bright; you may want to purchase an outdoor dimmer and maybe cut their power to about 50 to 75%. I purchased 5 boxes total in 2 purchases. I also buy a plastic coated 3/8″ diameter wire rope from Lowe’s and I string it in the loop above each light; then I connect the wire to tree limbs in a loop, using a compression wire fitting you can get from the hardware store.
