Easy to Install and really brighten up the room. I ordered 3 packs of 4 and I installed of them all within an hour in the kitchen, dining area and master bathroom. That time included removing the old bulb, outer ring and reflector. Just leave the old can and they fit right into the 4 slots in the existing can. They really brighten up the room much more than the incandescent lights we had before and they will save on power. Very bright !!! We have just added an addition to the back of our house and all of the new lights are 6″ downlights so I need to buy 36 lights to populate these cans. Most will be controlled by dimmers (Lutron Maestro MSCL-OP153M). My thought is to buy the brightest lights available, within reason, because we can control the brightness with the dimmers and have some reserve brightness when needed.
