Works and Easy as Pie. It works, it’s easy to set up, and it’s a no brainer. No tools needed, just about five minutes of your time. Love it!By the way, I carefully cut the foam away from the light bulb with a scissors,to avoid having to take it out and put it back in. This takes REAL CARE in order to avoid nicking the light bulb, but I know from experience that fluorescent tubes are sometimes a pain to get in.
