Good light quality, but shoddy build Just got these to replace a set of IKEA LED bulbs which have been in the fixture for the last 3 years. Clean light! This light bulb does everything as is described in the post. We put it in our dinning room which is dimmable. This worked well and adjusted perfectly. It fit perfectly in our chandelier. The fact that this will last five years is exciting. It is made durable and made to last so I hope in five years I’ll be just as happy buying a new one. Before LEDs, I much preferred halogens because their light is more intense and white than ordinary incandescents, and most screw-in halogens have many tiny lenses that give things a sparkle that’s absent with regular incandescents.
